Returns
Goods that are being returned which are not faulty, need to be done so in their original condition, in their original unopened packaging, and in a condition of which is suitable for resale. In order to accept a return, we must be notified within 3 working days of delivery by email.
You then have up to 14 days to return the goods. We recommend insuring the goods up on return appropriately, as the goods remain the property of the customer until received by ourselves. Payment will be refunded in full within 7 working days of receiving the item back (less any postage costs incurred).
